Polka
Theatre can offer your school a variety of fantastic workshops that
will foster the creativity in your class. The experienced team of workshop
leaders deliver a variety of show-related,
puppetry
and special
needs workshops in all forms of theatre. Workshops can incorporate
drama, music, movement and craft. Page
to Stage workshops are also offered to support literacy in primary
schools. Polka’s Education Team travels to schools all over London
to facilitate these workshops to keep travel costs (and more increasingly
risk assessment worries) down. Workshops generally last for one hour
but can be tailor made to suit each school. Polka are also happy to
offer week-long or term-long projects.
Show-related workshops

dance or movement.
For some productions Polka offers special rates (up to half price) on show-related workshops. Contact the Education Department for details.

weeks and to compliment Literacy, these workshops are tailor made to
suit your needs.
Look out for special themed workshops for events such as Chinese New Year (Jan/Feb) and Black History Month (October)
