How it works

• This website links directly to our computerised Box Office system, providing you with the latest information on ticket availability.
• We offer you the best seats available at the time of booking. Please refer to the seating plan to see where your seats are located.
• Once you have chosen the price and quantity of tickets you want to buy, our server communicates with other servers to check availability and allocate seats. This normally takes a few moments, so please allow for a short wait.
• Once your booking is complete, you receive a confirmation by email and your tickets are held at the Box Office for collection.
• The service is facilitated by Tickets.com and uses a secure system which ensures that your credit card details and anonymity are protected.
• We accept payment by Mastercard and Visa. We do not charge a booking fee.
• Please phone our Box Office as usual on 020 8543 4888 if you want to book a group of 10 tickets or more, to claim concessions or discounted prices, (including preview performances) or if you have any special requirements.
