NEW! Polka Theatre has been working with Teachers TV to produce a new video resource for KS2 teachers – a crash course in using drama skills in the classroom.
A workshop leader (who’s also an actress) from Polka and two primary teachers worked together to share ideas and exercises. The teachers then tried some of these ideas on their students. To give the work consistency and focus, they used the subject of the Victorians, to explore how some simple drama techniques could bring a history lesson to life...
