Leaving a legacy or gift in your will is a special and lasting way to recognise charitable organisations that you care about and that have had a significant impact on your life. At the same time, legacies are important tax effective devices, which can benefit you and your heirs. A donation to Polka would be a wonderful tribute to anyone who loved theatre and a positive way to remember shared happy memories at Polka. There are many ways to give in memory. You could make a donation to Polka instead of buying flowers for a funeral. You can make a one-off donation at any time, or you can donate on a regular basis, for instance to remember a loved one's birthday or an anniversary. Here are a few examples of what can be achieved from donations in memory: £150 would provide... One workshop for thirty children £500 would provide... Trip for an underprivileged class of 30 to come to the theatre (includes tickets, programmes and free transport) as part of our Curtain Up scheme £1500 would provide... A free family fun day for up to 2,000 people In Memoriam gifts can also support productions at Polka, or we can arrange a memorial plaque.
