Deputy Theatre Manager (Sales) 

Polka Theatre is looking to appoint a part time Deputy Theatre Manager (sales) to work Friday, Saturday and Sundays on a permanent 24 hour a week contract.

The Deputy Theatre Manager (sales) is a newly created role and will work with the theatre management team to ensure a friendly and efficient Front of House operation and a welcoming and safe environment for the theatre’s audiences and visitors. In addition this role will work closely with the Head of Operations to focus on generating income through ancillary activities, including merchandising, catering and premises hire.

Board Members 

 Polka Theatre is currently looking to recruit two new members for its Board of Trustees.  We are looking for individuals with experience as (a) a creative practitioner at a senior level within a theatre company or venue or (b) a senior arts manager or consultant with a sound knowledge and understanding of the challenges facing the subsidised arts sector.
