How to Book

You can book tickets by phone by calling 020 8543 4888 at the following times:

Monday: 9.30am – 4.30pm
Tuesday – Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday: 10.00am – 4.30pm

In person
The Box Office is open for in person bookings at the following times:

Tuesday – Friday: 9.30am – 4.30pm
Saturday: 10.00am – 4.30pm

Online
You can book tickets through this website using Visa or Mastercard. This service used a secure server facilitated by Tickets.com, ensuring that your credit card details are protected.

NB Unfortunately, there are some limitations to our online booking service. Please note that currently you will not be able to purchase discounted tickets online (this applies to the group, concessionary, Family Card and preview rates). Furthermore, you will be unable to purchase tickets online for ‘Watch With Baby’ performances, drama workshops and other participatory activities, due to the specific nature of the information we require at the time of booking. In each case, please telephone or call into the Box Office. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Reservations

You can reserve tickets for up to one week. After this period, tickets will be released if not paid for. We recommend booking in advance

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not refund or exchange tickets, so check your tickets at the time of purchase. We accept tickets for resale if a performance is sold out, but a small change will be made.

Discounts and Concessions

Concessions
Concessions are available for those registered unemployed or receiving benefits.

Group Bookings
Buy ten tickets and get the eleventh ticket free of charge.

People with disabilities
In addition to the concessionary rate, free tickets are available for escorts of people with disabilities.
